The team
Seven departments, one building
OCRV Center is organised by department rather than by generalist: service writing and claim coordination, structural and frame, body and refinish, composites, roof and seal, interior and cabinetry, and systems. A repair is handed between departments inside the building rather than between companies.
01
Service writing and claim coordination
First contact, in-shop assessment, estimate authoring and everything on the carrier side. This department owns the documentation: intake photographs, teardown findings, supplements and the running record that keeps a claim moving. If you call the shop, this is who you speak to.
02
Structural and frame
Chassis, frame rails, outriggers, slide room boxes and anything load bearing. Work here is measurement driven rather than visual, because a coach that looks straight can be out of specification enough to prevent a slide sealing or a windshield bedding correctly.
03
Body and refinish
Panel repair and replacement, filler and blocking, primer, colour and clear. Colour is matched with a spectrophotometer and verified against the adjacent panel in daylight before reassembly, which is where a match either holds or fails.
04
Composites and fiberglass
Moulded caps, laminated sidewalls, delamination and gelcoat. This is the department that most general collision shops do not have, and it is the reason coach work can be completed here without sublet.
05
Roof and seal
Membranes, penetrations, lap sealant, vents, skylights and the moisture mapping that precedes any of it. Most water damage jobs start with this department confirming where the water actually enters, which is rarely where the stain appears.
06
Interior and cabinetry
Teardown, subfloor, flooring, cabinets, countertops and upholstery. Interior work is what turns a water intrusion repair from a roof job into a full rebuild, and it runs alongside the roof department rather than after it.
07
Systems
House electrical at 12V and 120V, solar and battery banks, inverters, generators, LP, plumbing, tanks, climate and appliances. Diagnosis here is instrumented rather than inferred, which is what the diagnostic rate covers.
Working here
Hiring
The shop takes on structural, refinish, composite and systems technicians as capacity allows.
Interested in a bench here?
Send experience and the disciplines you work in. Specialty vehicle experience is useful but the composites and systems sides are teachable to a good body technician.
