About this site
This website is published by OCRV Center and provides information about repair services. Content is provided for general information. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, a binding quotation, or professional advice about a specific vehicle.
Prices, ranges and labour hours published here describe typical completed work. They are not a quotation for your vehicle. A figure that can be relied upon follows an in-shop assessment.
Estimates and authorisation
A collision estimate is provided at no charge. An RV systems estimate carries a fee, as does in-depth diagnostic time, and both are credited against the invoice once a repair is authorised.
No work begins without written authorisation. Where teardown reveals damage not visible at assessment, a revised scope is presented and further authorisation is obtained before that work proceeds.
Payment terms
Jobs over two thousand dollars require a fifty percent deposit at authorisation. Jobs over ten thousand dollars require an additional twenty five percent when parts arrive. The balance is due on collection, and no vehicle is released before the invoice is settled.
Special order parts require payment in full at the time of order and are not refundable, because they are manufactured to order and cannot be returned once released.
Storage
Vehicles left beyond the agreed collection period may incur storage charges. Where a vehicle is abandoned, OCRV Center follows the lien and disposal procedures set out in California law.
Where a claim is open, storage is frequently a covered line item, and dates are documented so it can be billed to the claim rather than to the owner.
Limitations
OCRV Center is an independent repair facility. It is not owned by, affiliated with, or endorsed by any insurance carrier or vehicle manufacturer named anywhere on this site. Those names appear because the shop bills those carriers directly or repairs those vehicles.
The shop performs body, paint, structural, composite, roof, interior and house systems work. It does not perform engine, transmission or drivetrain repair, vehicle inspection or certification, or emission testing.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising from work performed is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Orange County, California.
