Six stages, not two photographs
A repair at OCRV Center is photographed at intake, at teardown and at delivery. Those three points matter more than a simple before and after pair, because the teardown image is the one that shows why the estimate changed and what was actually behind the panel.

Intake
The vehicle as it arrives, photographed from every angle including the roof. This is the reference the whole claim is measured against, and it is taken before anything is touched.

Teardown
Panels off, substrate exposed, moisture readings recorded. This is where hidden damage is found, and it is the evidence that goes with any supplement to the carrier.

Structure
Frame or cage measured and corrected where it has moved. Photographed with the measuring equipment in frame, because a claim about structure needs to show the measurement.

Repair
New material bonded, panels fitted, seams sealed. The stage most owners imagine when they picture body work, and the shortest part of the timeline on most jobs.

Refinish
Primer, colour and clear in the booth, then the match checked against the adjacent panel in daylight rather than under booth lighting.
06
Delivery
Quality control complete, the vehicle cleaned and photographed again from the intake angles so the two sets compare directly.
