Size is not vanity on this kind of work. A forty foot coach needs a bay it can enter, turn in and be worked around, and a paint booth it fits into in one piece. Shops that cannot take the whole vehicle end up masking and shooting it in sections, and every section boundary is a place where the finish can betray the repair under raking light.

The structural area carries the frame equipment. Pulling a bent chassis or a racked slide room back into specification needs anchoring points and measuring gear that are fixed to the floor, which is the practical reason this work cannot be done anywhere except a shop. The same applies to welding: heat control on aluminium sidewall framing is a bench discipline, not a driveway one.

The refinish side runs a downdraft booth with controlled airflow and cure. Coach panels are large, flat and unforgiving, and gelcoat and clear behave differently across a surface that size than they do on a car door. Colour is matched with a spectrophotometer and then checked against the adjacent panel in daylight before anything is reassembled, because a match that reads correct under booth lighting can be visibly wrong outside.

Interior, roof and systems bays sit alongside rather than off site. A water intrusion job typically needs roof work, interior teardown, subfloor replacement and an electrical check, and splitting those across vendors is where months get lost. Keeping them adjacent is the single largest reason a job here finishes on the schedule it was quoted on.
