When you submit the quote form we collect the name, company, phone number, email address, vehicle type, request type and message you provide. That is the entire set. We do not ask for payment details, government identifiers or date of birth through this site.

If you consent to analytics, we also receive standard web analytics data: pages viewed, approximate region, referring source, device type and session duration. Analytics does not load at all until consent is given, and declining it has no effect on your ability to use the site or contact the shop.

Contact details are used to respond to your request and, where a repair proceeds, to administer the job and any associated insurance claim. Analytics data is used to understand which pages are useful and which are not.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers. Where a repair involves an insurance claim, information necessary to that claim is shared with your carrier because that is the purpose of the claim.

Quote requests that do not become jobs are retained for twelve months and then deleted. Records associated with completed repairs are retained for the period required for accounting and liability purposes under California law.

Analytics data is retained according to the settings of the analytics provider and is aggregated rather than tied to an identifiable person.

California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, to request correction, and to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. OCRV Center does not sell or share personal information, and the Do Not Sell page explains that position.

To make a request, contact the shop by phone or email. We will verify your identity before acting on a request that concerns specific records, which usually means confirming details of a job you are asking about.

This site loads no analytics or marketing cookies until you consent. Strictly necessary storage, which remembers your consent choice so you are not asked repeatedly, is used regardless because the site cannot function correctly without it.

Global Privacy Control signals are honoured automatically. If your browser sends one, analytics stays off without you needing to interact with the banner.
