A body shop that only straightens sheet metal cannot finish an RV job. Half of what goes wrong on a motorhome parked in San Juan Capistrano has nothing to do with a collision: the converter stops charging, the roof air freezes into a block of ice, the absorption fridge quits cooling above eighty degrees, the black tank sensors read full when the tank is empty. **Do you diagnose systems problems, or only replace parts people have already bought?**

We diagnose. Owners frequently arrive holding a part somebody told them to buy, and a fair share of the time the part is not the fault. Diagnostic labor is billed at its own posted rate with a one hour minimum, and that time credits back against an authorized repair. If you have already bought a component we will fit it, but not before we have confirmed it addresses what is actually wrong.

**Can you work on the coach systems while the body shop handles collision damage?**

That is the normal way a job runs here. A vehicle in for structural or paint work is already staged and torn down, which is the cheapest possible moment to address an electrical fault behind a wall, reseal a roof penetration or replace an appliance whose aperture is already open. Combining them saves setup labor and one round of teardown, and it puts everything on one file and one invoice.

**Are these repairs performed at your facility or somewhere else?**

Everything happens at the Yorba Linda shop. The vehicle comes to us, gets a level floor, shore power, a water supply and a technician with a full bench, and gets tested under real load. Systems work in particular depends on being able to run the coach on every power source through complete cycles, which is not something that can be reproduced in a parking lot.

**How does propane work get handled given the safety involved?**

LP work is done by technicians with the appropriate certification, and every gas job ends with a pressure drop test on the whole system plus a solution leak check at each connection we opened. Manifold pressure is verified with a manometer at the appliance under load rather than assumed. We do not release a coach with an open LP question, and we will tell you plainly if a component is unsafe to return to service.

**What does mechanical and systems labor cost?**

Mechanical and electrical work bills at the posted mechanical rate, and diagnostics, scanning and programming bill at a separate posted diagnostic rate with a one hour minimum that credits against an authorized repair. Parts carry published markup tiers, and jobs over certain thresholds carry a deposit schedule. All of those numbers are on the prices page rather than being discovered on your invoice.

**My coach is under ten years old and everything seems to be failing at once. Is that normal?**

Unfortunately it is common, and it usually traces to two or three root causes rather than genuine coincidence. Chronic low voltage from campground pedestals damages several appliances in parallel. A failing LP regulator makes the furnace, water heater and refrigerator all misbehave together. A converter stuck in float slowly kills the battery bank and everything depending on it. We look for the common cause before writing six separate repairs.

**Do you service commercial and municipal vehicles as well as recreational ones?**

Yes. Food trucks, mobile medical units, ambulances and utility vehicles carry the same generators, inverters, refrigeration, water systems and climate equipment as an RV, frequently in heavier duty specification and under far harder duty cycles. The diagnostic approach is identical and the scheduling is different, since fleet units are batched so downtime is planned rather than discovered.
