## Independence

OCRV Center is an independent repair facility. It is not owned by, affiliated with, or endorsed by any insurance carrier named on this site. Carrier names appear because the shop bills them directly on repairs, which is a billing relationship rather than an endorsement.

Vehicle manufacturer and chassis names appear because the shop repairs those vehicles. No manufacturer certification, authorisation or endorsement is claimed anywhere on this site.

## How pricing is presented

Published labour rates are the posted retail rates. Price bands describe typical completed work and are not quotations. Ranges are wide, and open ended at the top on structural work, because the scope genuinely varies that much and a narrow range would be more comfortable to read and less honest.

Insurance billed work may be written at carrier negotiated rates that differ from the posted retail rates. Where that applies it is stated on the invoice.

## Testimonials and case studies

Testimonials published on this site are representative of work performed rather than verbatim reproductions of published reviews. Case studies are composites drawn from real jobs with identifying details changed, and each is labelled as such on the page it appears.

No statistic on this site describes job counts, review totals, satisfaction rates or awards, because those figures cannot be independently verified by a reader. Published figures describe the facility and the rate card, both of which can be checked.

## Scope of work

The shop performs body, paint, structural, composite, roof, interior and house systems work at its facility. It does not perform engine, transmission or drivetrain repair, vehicle inspection or certification, or emission testing, and it does not offer service at a customer location.
