## Our target

This site is built to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA. That covers colour contrast, keyboard operability, focus visibility, semantic structure, form labelling and error identification, text resizing and reflow.

Accessibility is checked automatically on every change and reviewed manually against a screen reader checklist. Automated testing alone does not establish conformance, so it is not treated as sufficient.

## What we have done

Every interactive element is reachable and operable by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator that meets contrast requirements. Touch targets meet minimum size. Headings follow a strict hierarchy with exactly one first level heading per page, which matters as much for screen reader navigation as for search engines.

Colour is never the only means of conveying information. Motion respects the reduced motion preference. Every form control has a programmatically associated label, and errors are identified in text rather than by colour alone.

## Known limitations

The embedded map on the contact and service area pages is provided by a third party and its internal controls are outside our control. The full address, directions link and phone number are provided as text alongside it so no information is available only through the map.

Photography across the site is pending. Where images are added, each will carry descriptive alternative text or be marked decorative as appropriate.

## Reporting a barrier

If any part of this site prevents you from finding information or contacting the shop, tell us and it will be fixed. Call or email using the details in the footer, and describe the page and what happened.

If reaching us through the site is itself the barrier, the phone number is the most direct route and reaches a person during working hours.
